I’ve recently been hooked on listening to podcasts. I feel like I’m a bit late to the podcast game, but I’m enjoying it all the same. Just in case you are like me and haven’t really explored podcasts, I thought I would share some of the things I have liked listening to. Or, maybe you have been listening to podcasts for a while and you have some to share with me!
Early access to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale started today. So that means if you are a Nordstrom cardholder you can start shopping today! If you aren’t a cardholder don’t worry. The sale will open up to everyone on July 21. This is one of my favorite sales of the year. It is different from other sales, in that, Nordstrom marks down new fall merchandise. I’ve gotten some great deals on coats, shoes, purses and more in the past, and I was excited to see what they had marked down this year.
I thought I’d take some time to fill you in on what our lives have been like around here lately. To say we have been stressed and overwhelmed with our move and transition to Colorado is an understatement. In the past month we’ve been so busy with so many things all going on at once.
Eeek! Father’s Day is just around the corner…June 18th to be exact. I honestly don’t know what I’m going to get my husband this year, but I’ve put together a few ideas for you guys. These are all items that my husband (Aaron) uses and loves.
It has been absolutely crazy around our house lately. We have been trying to figure out things for our move, started the process of listing our current house, and just dealing with all of the end of the school year stuff. Needless to say the days are going by way too quickly. Dinner hasn’t been at the forefront of my thoughts lately at all.
There are some baked goods that take me back to my childhood. It’s usually something that was made often and enjoyed by many. Do you have any memories like that? Zucchini bread is one of those for me. I remember my mom making zucchini bread when I was growing up. I could just eat piece after piece and never get sick of it!
Have you started thinking about Mother’s Day yet? May 14th is quickly approaching! I’ve rounded up some items that might give you some inspiration. If you are looking for ideas for your mom or wife, I’ve got you covered. And for all of the hardworking moms out there just forward this post to your loved ones and say, “number(s)…., please!”
My son, Henry, was given a Rainbow Loom as a birthday present a couple of years ago. At the time he made a few bracelets here and there, but nothing too extraordinary. Well, that all changed a couple of months ago.
I always enjoy reading other blogs when they share things that they love. So, I thought I would do the same. Here are a few items that I have been loving lately. Take a look and let me know if you enjoy these types of posts too!
I’m about to make a pretty bold statement. Are you ready for it? These are hands-down the best paleo chocolate chip cookies! I’d even say they are just as good or better than your typical chocolate chip cookie made with wheat flour. My husband isn’t usually a huge fan of paleo baked goods, but even he loves these cookies!
